Located near the Caspian Sea in Babolsar, this multi-residential development was designed to create a distinctive residential community while maximizing views and natural light for residents.

The building’s curved configuration responds to the site’s context and orientation, organizing residential units around efficient circulation and shared amenities while enhancing privacy and visual connectivity. The design balances architectural expression with functional planning to support a high-density residential environment.

Project responsibilities included leading the architectural design, schematic design development, project coordination, and advancement of the project through the design development phase.
