Located in North Vancouver, this purpose-built rental housing development provides 73 residential units within a five-storey building designed to support long-term urban housing needs. The project combines a range of unit types with shared resident amenities and carefully planned outdoor spaces that contribute to a vibrant residential community.

The development incorporates residential amenity spaces at grade, a welcoming lobby, and landscaped outdoor areas that provide opportunities for gathering, seating, and community gardening. The site design enhances the resident experience by creating a strong connection between indoor living spaces and the surrounding landscape.

A key feature of the project is the inclusion of adaptable dwelling units designed to meet accessibility requirements and support long-term residential flexibility. These units were carefully integrated throughout the development to promote inclusive living and accommodate a diverse range of resident needs.

Project responsibilities included architectural design support, coordination of the Building Permit application process, and management of consultant coordination between architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and landscape disciplines throughout project development and municipal review.
