Particular attention was given to local patterns of living, family-oriented lifestyles, and the integration of architecture with community life.
The development includes residential buildings, recreational spaces, community facilities, landscaped public areas, and supporting infrastructure. The design focused on creating a balanced residential environment that promotes connectivity, accessibility, and long-term livability while addressing the needs of a growing urban population.
