Located in a residential neighbourhood in Victoria, this townhouse development consists of 15 family-oriented homes arranged around a shared central open space. The project incorporates below-grade parking and a site layout that organizes the units along the north and south edges of the property, creating a landscaped communal courtyard between the residential blocks.

The three-storey development was designed to provide efficient ground-oriented housing while responding to the surrounding neighbourhood context through careful massing, setbacks, and pedestrian-oriented site planning.

Project responsibilities included participation in schematic design development, preparation and support of the rezoning application package, coordination with the client, review of municipal requirements, and assistance throughout the planning and approval process.
