Proposed Gross Floor Area: 517.4 m² (5,569 ft²)

Role: Project Lead, Design Development, Development Permit Coordination, City Review Process, Consultant Coordination

This project combines the retention and relocation of an existing character house with the development of a new infill building, creating a five-unit residential development on a compact urban site.

The retained heritage house accommodates three residential units, while the new infill building provides two additional units. The design balances heritage conservation objectives with zoning requirements, site constraints, and residential density targets while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding neighbourhood context.

Project responsibilities included design development, consultant coordination, preparation and management of the Development Permit submission, and ongoing collaboration with the City of Vancouver throughout the review process.
